Where language learning meets laughter, movement, nature and friendship.
Choose your adventure:
Most children spend years in language classes without ever feeling truly capable of speaking. This summer, that changes.
Hola Adventure gives children aged 7–14 up to 40 hours of real contact with Spanish or French in just two weeks — not in a classroom, but through sailing, surfing, cooking from around the world, and friendships that cross borders.
They’ll come home different. Not just with better grades — with the confidence to actually use a language.
Two weeks that create a before and after. Your child will come home speaking — and you’ll see it from the very first conversation
Each session is capped at 35 campers — small by design, so every child gets the attention they deserve. Book early
40 Hours of Real Language in Two Weeks
Your child chooses Spanish 🇪🇸 or French 🇫🇷 — and spends up to 40 hours in real contact with that language across two weeks.
Not worksheets. Not grammar drills. Real situations: ordering food, giving directions, asking questions, making friends in a different language.
Whether your child already has some Spanish from school, needs to catch up before September, or wants to speak confidently with family in Spain — this is the fastest, most enjoyable way to get there.
Starting from zero? By the end of two weeks your child will reach a solid A1 level — more progress than most children make in a full school year.
Optional:
Every day is different. Every activity is coached. Every child makes real, measurable progress.
By the end of two weeks, your child will have the basics of at least two water sports — not just “tried it once”, but genuinely coached in technique, safety and confidence.
Optional:
Westbourne House School sits on 100 acres of parkland on the edge of the South Downs National Park — 1 hour from Gatwick, 1.5 hours from Heathrow.
It isn’t a rented hall or a temporary site. It’s a world-class campus with everything your child needs to thrive:

For the past couple of years, Mariana has been a cherished part of our nursery school, bringing her vibrant Spanish workshops to our children aged 2 to 5. With boundless energy, patience, and a genuine warmth, Mariana creates a joyful learning environment that our children absolutely adore. Her sessions are a wonderful blend of singing, dancing, and imaginative play, often featuring colourful scarves, playful animal masks, and a variety of engaging props that make learning Spanish both fun and memorable. The excitement is contagious—Spanish Day has become a favourite for children and staff alike! We’re so grateful to have Mariana as part of our nursery family. Gracias, Mariana!Posted on Google Daniela SkinnerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My son attended Mariposa Languages cooking and Spanish half term class and he absolutely loved the experience!! He came home really proud of the churros he made himself as well as all the new Spanish words he learned in the process. I would 100% recommend Mariposa Languages for any child who is curious about getting started with a new language and even for children that, like my son, already have a foundation in Spanish but wants to continue their learning while having fun! Thanks Mariposa Languages!! We will be backPosted on Google Rachel TaylorTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Would highlight recommend .Posted on Google Lexie MillerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have really enjoyed watching Harry’s Spanish develop over the last 3 months and have been amazed at the progress he has made already! His confidence is really growing and it’s is so lovely (as a Spanish speaker myself) to be able to continue the conversations from class at home and build on them together! The classes have given us a great bank of vocabulary to prompt conversations around those topics. I cannot wait to take him back to a Spanish speaking country to show him how fun it can be talking to the locals beyond ‘hola’ and ‘adios’. Mariana and her team are so friendly and approachable and it is so wonderful he is being given the opportunity to learn with native speakers, something I wasn’t exposed to at school, as this will undoubtedly offer him a broader and more cultural learning experience. It is great that children are being offered the chance to learn languages at an early/optimal age and will stand them in great stead should they continue to GCSE and beyond.Posted on Google stuart campbellTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My child loves these Spanish lessons. He was dubious at the start but after the first lesson he already decided he wanted the term after! He enjoys coming home and telling / showing us what he has learnt that lesson and practices on his own accord through the week ready for the next lesson.Posted on Google Katherine MifsudTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My two children age 5 and 9 have absolutely loved their Spanish club. We are thrilled that they are getting exposure to the language at the primary age. We wish it could be three times a week!Posted on Google Scott ArmsbyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our daughter enjoyed the Spring term with the Spanish club. She loves that they get lots of material to colour in (which also helps us with keeping track of what she has learned) and the stickers they occasionally receive. I am very impressed that she learned a lot of the animal names this term and is able to recall them when prompted.Posted on Google Keely PughTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My 7 year old attends the afterschool Spanish club and he thoroughly enjoys every lessons. My son likes his Spanish teacher Alan and always come out of his class telling me everything that he has been doing. My son said the classes are fun and nothing like being at school. A wonderful way for my son to learn a new language in a fun interactive way. I thoroughly recommend the classes.????Posted on Google Patricia BelloTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Eden has had a wonderful experience at MARIPOSA languages. Through fun activities, her confidence has thrived. She has shared the love of her language with new friends and is always excited to attend and comes home with lots exciting new things to show.Posted on Google neil boneTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Luke has been attending the Spanish lessons at Fishbourne C of E Primary School since he started in Year R. He will be continuing into Year 3 in September. He, along with the other children love this class. Firstly when it was run by the principal and now by Alun a young native Spanish teacher. The classes are quite small so each child receives attention and each class is themed to maximise the childrens enjoyment and learning. Spanish is spoken in 20 countries around the world so getting started early and perhaps being fluent by 16/18 opens up a whole range of possibilities. We are very happy to recommend Mariposa Languages. Neil and Caroline.
